Day-to-day of the role:- Answering enquiries via phone and email.
- Responding to queries about products, pricing, and services.
- Preparing quotes and contracts for clients.
- Proactively following up on quotes to drive business forward.
- Proven experience in a similar Sales Administrator role.
- Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.
- Confident communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- 37-hour working week.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
