Personal Assistant - Walsall

We are looking for a professional and adaptable Personal Assistant to join a large corporate team supporting the MD and being part of the growth of the company moving forward. You will be primarily managing the work generated by the Managing Director of the business and offering support to part of the Exec Team.

The Role: Personal Assistant

You will be working with the Directors in all aspects of business operations including:

  • Managing MD's diary
  • Arranging appointments and booking travel where necessary
  • First point of contact for all Managing Partner client enquiries and communications by telephone and email
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Managing the Partner's inbox managing emails, delegated actions, activities, deadlines and reminders.
  • Ensuring client information is recorded accurately in the CRM
  • Dealing with third parties on a daily basis
  • Help with Company Event management such as client seminars

The Person:

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, highly organised and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do' working style.

  • Previous experience in a PA role
  • Experience in a regulated environment would be advantageous
  • You have exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
  • An excellent eye for detail and good IT skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision
  • You can manage your time effectively with the ability to multi-task
  • You will have contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.

There is 25 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays, Laptop, Death in Service and Company Pension Scheme.
