We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong understanding of financial processes and experience with Sage and Xero, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of accounts payable.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounts up to trial balance
  • Manage accounts payable, including invoice verification and payment processing
  • Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies
  • Use Sage and Xero to track expenses and manage financial data
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Process supplier invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Maintain personnel files and run monthly payroll
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
  • Conduct regular audits of financial records
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably in finance
  • Proficiency in Sage and Xero is essential
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
