Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Dudley
Salary: £26000 - £29000
Top of the salary range will be offered to a candidate with 3+ years of experience in Purchase Ledger from the Manufacturing industry.
We are currently recruiting for a valued and long-standing Reed client in Dudley. The business is warm, welcoming and extremely supportive! We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to take on the end-to-end and varied role. You will be based in a friendly team that all help out wherever needed! The ideal candidate will be positive with a can-do attitude that is looking to stay within the business for years to come!
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Process invoices and credit notes accurately and timely.
- Handle payments in multiple currencies and manage credit card submissions and costings.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues and maintain good relationships.
- Reconcile supplier statements and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including processing journals
Ideally, You Will:
- 3 years of experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk would be ideal however the team are happy to provide training for the right candidate!
- Proficient in MS Excel, capable of creating spreadsheets and using financial functions.
- Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Netsuite would be a bonus but is not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and the desire to join a close-knit team!
