Finance Assistant - Administrator - All-round office support and finance admin role for an established SME - Office based in Stourbridge.This is a great role for someone looking for a long-term opportunity with training available.£26,000 - £28,000 Salary, Mon - Fri, 9 - 5 role (early finish on a Friday).We are looking for someone organised, with previous experience in an office support role, ideally with basic finance and bookkeeping skills.Speak to Natalie @ Duval for more information!

Join a stable, Midlands based business with a small, dedicated team. This is an office support role where you will be dealing with financial admin like invoicing, and bank reconciliation, but also picking up the phone and supporting the management team as required.

The Role:

  • Invoicing - Create and send invoices to customers
  • Work with the payroll office to manage payroll data and documents
  • Basic financial bookkeeping including financial data entry for both the Invoicing and Purchase ledger
  • Other financial tasks , monitoring payments received and balances due, preparing purchase invoices for payment, quotations for purchases and ordering products etc.
  • General office admin, phone answering, ad hoc tasks as per the management team.

You:

  • Office support experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ideally, some experience of using accounting software, ideally Xero
  • Able to use Excel macros
