Join a stable, Midlands based business with a small, dedicated team. This is an office support role where you will be dealing with financial admin like invoicing, and bank reconciliation, but also picking up the phone and supporting the management team as required.
The Role:
- Invoicing - Create and send invoices to customers
- Work with the payroll office to manage payroll data and documents
- Basic financial bookkeeping including financial data entry for both the Invoicing and Purchase ledger
- Other financial tasks , monitoring payments received and balances due, preparing purchase invoices for payment, quotations for purchases and ordering products etc.
- General office admin, phone answering, ad hoc tasks as per the management team.
You:
- Office support experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ideally, some experience of using accounting software, ideally Xero
- Able to use Excel macros
