Overview

A fantastic opportunity is now available for an outgoing, honest, hard-working individual, wanting to work in a close-knit family styled manufacturing company. In this Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk position, you will continue to grow with the business, while working in a rewarding environment.

The successful individual will be a team player who understands how their work impacts the work of others, have experience within a purchase ledger position and has experience with cashbooks and payment runs. You will work within a team to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner as well as ensuring all bank reconciliations are completed. In this role you be expected work closely with the finance team, as well as other teams within the company to ensure processes run as smoothly as possible. You will be an integral part of a inclusive, dynamic team.

Skills required

  • Previous experience in a similar position and exposure to cashbooks and payment runs if beneficial.
  • Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you will regularly engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally as well as manage client queries.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Be an individual who is honest and takes pride in their work.
