They are looking for a dynamic Telemarketer to help reach new heights. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth strategy while working with a company that prides itself on its strong values of Care, Compassion & Creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and Business Development
  • Network with schools, multi-academy trusts, contractors, and architects to understand their buying needs
  • Identify and act on new Business Development opportunities and emerging market trends
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term success
  • Collaborate with the Head of New Business and Sales Team to convert opportunities into sales
  • Assist in preparing quotes and ensuring sales targets are met
  • Utilize our market-leading CRM to track, manage, and report on sales activity

What We're Looking For:

  • Experienced business development executive from either a Telesales, telemarketing background or similar lead generation experience.
  • A relationship-builder with a knack for building rapport and trust-building in a telemarketing environment
  • A confident communicator who thrives in a telesales-based role, reaching new customers and prospects
  • Someone who is energetic, persuasive, and naturally curious to gather valuable information and turn into Business Development
  • A skilled networker across phones, video calls, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Someone who can open doors and engage with organizations while upholding high integrity
