My client based in Wolverhampton are seeking an Internal Sales Executive to join their team and play a pivotal role in supporting their sales efforts. This position is ideal for a motivated and results-driven individual with experience in lead generation or a similar role.
Day-to-day of the role:- Review and actively manage a CRM database of live opportunities, ensuring leads are nurtured and converted.
- Identify and target expiring maintenance contracts, offering renewals, upgrades, or conversions to ensure client retention.
- Engage with lapsed customers to convert win-back maintenance contracts and re-establish relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Qualify new business opportunities and schedule appointments for account managers.
- Proactively research and generate new leads through prospecting activities.
- Work closely with account managers to ensure smooth handover of leads and assist in developing targeting strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and market trends to promote during calls.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
