Sales Support Team Leader

West Midlands

Monday to Friday 9-5 (Flexi Time Available)

DOE £30k to £40k

+24 Days Holiday Plus Bank, Pension, Laptop, Mobile, Regular Incentives, Free Parking, Death in Service (x4 salary)

With our principles in place, we are now expanding our division by now having a sales support team, where we are needing a team leader to support, grow and promote change within this.

The Role:

You will be managing our team of sales support staff; this will be a hands-on role where you will also look after the quotes from overseas and UK markets; managing order processing; arranging transport; small OV sales and purchase orders. Alongside these responsibilities you will be supporting and growing the team being the go-to for any and all things material handling trucks. You will be looking after the integration of our new CRM system and delivering morning meetings to motivate the team for the day. Customer service will be big within this role, with opportunities with the marketing of our trucks at exhibitions and events.

Experience/ Skills:

  • A friendly self-starter who is able to inspire the new generation in this niche industry
  • Laissez-Faire management style
  • Willing to learn attitude
  • Customer service skills
  • Sales background or engineering background essential
  • 3 years within the material handling equipment industry
  • 3 years working with CRM systems
  • 3 years within management role
