- Operate track loaders to handle, transport, and load materials efficiently and safely.
- Manage excavation, grading, or loading tasks as required for the project.
- Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the site manager.
- Work closely with team members, including site supervisors, truck drivers, and ground staff, to complete nightly operations.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.
- Follow all company and regulatory safety standards, including PPE use and equipment operation protocols.
- Contribute to a safe work environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Previous experience operating track loaders or similar heavy machinery.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic for consistent night shift performance.
- Ability to work night shifts, including overtime.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and basic equipment troubleshooting.
