Salary: £25,000 - £30,000Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, healthcare, life insurance (2x salary), 4% matched pension, salary increases of 3-5% year-on-year, plus opportunities to grow. Location: Dudley
The Sales Administration will play a vital role in connecting customers with the internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing and high standards of service. As the main point of contact for customer accounts, you will focus on building relationships, re-engaging lapsed accounts, and driving sales growth through up-selling and cross-selling. You will also handle routine administrative tasks and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders and sales admin tasks
- Provide exceptional service while addressing customer queries and orders
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to grow sales
- Conduct outbound calls to develop new business
- Support the external sales team and manage order/quotation administration
- Use the internal CRM system and collaborate with logistics and procurement
Essential:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tool
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in sales administration or a similar role is a plus
