An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Credit Controller to join a dynamic team in Dudley. What you'll do:

As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit control process for your allocated portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely collection of debts and minimise aged debt. You will liaise with Account Managers when necessary to expedite query resolution. Your organisational skills will be put to good use as you maintain comprehensive notes and diary management up-to-date. You will provide weekly reports to the Credit Manager on debt status/action taken and handle credit note/Work Order requests via transaction management. Additionally, you will manage incoming and outgoing business emails efficiently.

  • Manage the credit control process for your allocated portfolio of clients
  • Ensure timely collection of debts and minimise aged debt, focusing on 180 days+
  • Liaise with Account Managers when necessary to push for query resolution
  • Maintain comprehensive notes and diary management up-to-date
  • Provide weekly reports to the Credit Manager on debt status/action taken
  • Handle credit note/Work Order requests via transaction management
  • Manage incoming and outgoing business emails

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Credit Controller position brings at least two years of proven experience in Credit Control. You are known for your ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your excellent organisational skills enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a fast learner, you adapt quickly to new situations and challenges. While experience in property credit control would be beneficial, it is not essential for this role.
