We are seeking a diligent Credit Controller for a key role within our Accounting & Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing our company's accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.

Description

  • Manage and maintain the company's accounts receivable
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
  • Conduct credit checks on potential customers
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers
  • Resolve customer queries related to payments and account balances
  • Prepare reports on account status and collection activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish credit terms for new customers
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting & Finance
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and industry standards
