Description
- Manage and maintain the company's accounts receivable
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Conduct credit checks on potential customers
- Negotiate payment plans with customers
- Resolve customer queries related to payments and account balances
- Prepare reports on account status and collection activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish credit terms for new customers
- Comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting & Finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and industry standards
