Duties and tasks will be varied and will include:
- Use of MS Office- Word and Excel
- Answering the phones and general customer service queries from customers and staff
- Providing excellent customer service
- Handling complaints
- Responding to emails
- Working on a filing system

- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience of working in an office: 2 years+
- Competent in MS Office: Word & Excel
- Excellent typing skills
- Customer service experience
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
