Customer Account Coordinator
Based in Dudley
Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm, 50-minute lunch break
Friday 8:45am - 4:00pm, 25-minute break
£13.59 per hour
Temporary to permanent
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Coordinator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, data-driven, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage large customer accounts and source information effectively. This role requires excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and confidence in handling various tasks and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in an office environment (2 years min)
- Good level of English and Math's (GCSE C or above)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, graphs, pivot tables, and accurate data input.
Skills
- Excellent communications skills, both internally and externally.
- Ability to disseminate information into clear communication
- Very well organised with the ability to work to deadlines and in an ever changing environment
- Building and maintaining relationships with customer contacts
- Source and analyse data to drive informed decision-making and improve customer service strategies.
- Proactively chase updates and follow up on customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Clear communication skills in different media and able to use the right media for the right audience
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Knowledge of Aerospace would be desirable.
Responsibilities
- To support Key Account Director with day-to-day running of key European customer accounts by being the first point of contact for contracted customers.
- Having a clear understanding and detailed knowledge of our customer's needs and requirements, being responsive and anticipating the customer's needs.
- Ability to make the correct decisions, on your own, based on available information and knowledge
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone, emails, and teams.
- Proactively addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Creating and analysing data from various sources identifying trends, patterns and any 'pinch points'
- Develop relationships with all departments across the business to ensure customer service is smooth and professional at all times.
- Working with customer order books and ensuring deliveries are On Time and in Full to maintain our performance scores.
