- To provide an excellent customer service.
- Have the ability to handle and resolve online order enquiries to ensure Customer satisfaction.
- You will be the front facing call handler - dealing with all incoming customer service inquiries.
- Dealing with and responding to e-mails in relation to incoming order enquiries.
- Answering telephone calls from clients and directing the calls appropriately when necessary
- Printing and checking service orders
- Updating on order progress and delivery dates
- General ad-hoc administration
- Updating spreadsheets accordingly
- Processing courier deliveries onto the system
- Calling clients with gentle reminders of payment due dates
- Must be numerate & literate
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Must be able to work independently or within a team
- Must be willing to learn
- Good work ethic
- Computer literate (Excel, Word)
- Must be a team player, ability to work with others, consistent, able to work under pressure, even tempered and a calming personality
