  • To provide an excellent customer service.
  • Have the ability to handle and resolve online order enquiries to ensure Customer satisfaction.
  • You will be the front facing call handler - dealing with all incoming customer service inquiries.
MAIN TASKS :
  • Dealing with and responding to e-mails in relation to incoming order enquiries.
  • Answering telephone calls from clients and directing the calls appropriately when necessary
  • Printing and checking service orders
  • Updating on order progress and delivery dates
  • General ad-hoc administration
  • Updating spreadsheets accordingly
  • Processing courier deliveries onto the system
  • Calling clients with gentle reminders of payment due dates
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING
  • Must be numerate & literate
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Must be able to work independently or within a team
  • Must be willing to learn
  • Good work ethic
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word)
  • Must be a team player, ability to work with others, consistent, able to work under pressure, even tempered and a calming personality
Working Hours : 09.00 am to 17.00 pmMonday to Friday with 1 hour lunch
