Confident Sales & Customer Service Administrator required for a busy distribution company based in Brierley Hill, looking at a January start working on a 13 week temp to perm contract
The purpose of the role is to dela with all incoming orders and queries from existing customers
Some main duties to include
- Inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Taking and processing sales orders by phone, fax and email
- Answering all incoming enquires on process, products
- Advising on order progresses and deliveries
- Customer complaint handling and offering returns/refunds
- All general office and admin duties
The right candidate must
- Be experienced in a sales role, ideally Sales Admin or order processing
- Be confident and professional talking over the phone
- Able to work in a busy sales department
- Have a Bubbly, confident personality
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.25am - 4.45pm
Weekly pay
Salary Negotiable - Up to £22,000pa
