Order Entry AssociateTemporary Ongoing£12phThe Role:Provide supportMain responsibilities:
  • Initiate the order entry process verifying quotes against orders received from Trade Partners.
  • Input product orders and customer contact details onto CRM systems.
  • Provide Production & Dispatch teams with new orders.
  • Resolve any related internal and external queries.
  • Accurately process orders entering quotes onto CRM systems.
  • Liaising with Trade partners/ Local Authority/ Surveyor/ Salesperson to ensure orders are processed correctly.
  • Liaise with internal teams- Applications, Scheduling, Customer Care- to resolve queries related to the order process.
  • Raising purchase orders.
  • Chasing queries on orders.
  • Work on CRM systems to sign off drawings to be issued to production.
  • Allocating survey requests to surveyors.
  • Supporting TPS Team as and when required.
  • Investigating and raising corrective actions.
  • Use knowledge of company product configurations to check order anomalies prior to entering the queue for production.
Successful candidates will have:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good IT systems- confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to complex administrative systems and product information.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience of complex information within a sales or B2B.
  • Experience with Data Entry/ Order Entry.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Training will be provided on in-house system.
Hours of Work:Monday to Wednesday- 8.30am to 5pm
