We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Export and Logistics Administrator to join a growing manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in international trade, providing essential support in order processing, invoicing, and overseeing shipments.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and issue quotes, proforma invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Handle general administrative duties related to export logistics and sales.
  • Liaise with international customers, maintaining excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Oversee all shipments leaving the warehouse, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Ensure all shipments are charged correctly and accompanied by the correct documents.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their shipments and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in export logistics and administration.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
  • Proficiency in relevant software for order processing and shipment tracking.
