The Company
Currently recruiting for a vastly growing FMCG business in the West Midlands. We are looking for a tenacious, driven, and confident individual with previous B2B Sales experience to join our expanding team.
This opportunity demands a talented and driven Internal Sales Advisor with proven Sales experience.
The Role
The role will involve working on a large number of house accounts, ensuring that business is maintained and cultivated as well and prospecting new customers to drive sales forward for the geographical area managed.
You will be office-based, working Monday-Thursday - 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4.30pm with an hour lunch break.
The Candidate
Ideally, the right candidate would be:
- Comfortable with cold calling and Lead Generation via internet research/social media/press and other applicable channels.
- Proven track record of selling into existing and new accounts. Able to cross-sell and upsell.
- Able to work well on their own and as part of an area sales team alongside area Rep.
- Good time management and a good understanding of profit/loss & turnover/margin.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Good standard of general I.T. & Office Skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and sociable.
Candidates preferred to be local to Wolverhampton, Dudley, Stourbridge and surrounding areas.
