Based in Brierley Hill
Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:00pm
£13.59 per hour

The Ideal Candidate…
- Effectively communicate with clients and handle client queries both in writing and verbally.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Complete all documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure that all client records, order books and documents are meticulously maintained and up to date.
- Ensure accurate data is input into all systems and being able to analyse this data.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different Global departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
About the Role…
- Supporting day to day running of the Key Customer.
- Really good communication is needed - phoning / emailing the customer and suppliers chasing product / delivery dates / POD / global communications - Poland / India.
- Excel experience is crucial as you will be manually adopting reports.
- Monitoring order books.
- Unique system with codes, memory is required. Customer service is a huge factor - responsive, reactive and confidence.
Qualifications…
- Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
- Excel proficient is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively individually and within a team.
