Key Accounts Administrator

Based in Brierley Hill

Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 5:15pm, Friday 8:45am - 4:00pm

Temporary to Permanent

The Ideal Candidateā€¦

  • Effectively communicate with clients and handle client queries both in writing and verbally.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all documentation with precision and accuracy.
  • Ensure that all client records, order books and documents are meticulously maintained and up to date.
  • Ensure accurate data is input into all systems and being able to analyse this data.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different Global departments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.

About the Roleā€¦

  • Supporting day to day running of the Key Customer.
  • Really good communication is needed - phoning / emailing the customer and suppliers chasing product / delivery dates / POD / global communications - Poland / India.
  • Excel experience is crucial as you will be manually adopting reports.
  • Monitoring order books.
  • Unique system with codes, memory is required. Customer service is a huge factor - responsive, reactive and confidence.

Qualificationsā€¦

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
  • Excel proficient is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively individually and within a team.
