Sales Office AdministratorPermanentSalary up to £25k (depending on experience)An exciting position has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a growing and well-established manufacturing company in Kingswinford.The main objective of the role will be assisting this small and friendly team, supporting in Sales /Purchasing and Accounts in an administrative capacity. This will suit someone that has good all round office experience that is used to taking a high volume of calls daily.The business is looking to set up a new system so part of the responsibility will be to help set up the contact details etc of customers and suppliers.The main duties will be:Speaking to supplier and customers - updating on orders and deliveries.Update Excel spreadsheets.Raising Sales Orders, Purchase OrdersLiaise with couriers regarding transport and deliveries.Match invoices to Purchase OrdersBooking in delivery notesPrice checking - ensure increases are updated on the system.Support with administration and processing purchase orders.Obtain and update delivery promise information to provide accurate delivery data to the customer at all times.The successful candidate will have the following skills:Good knowledge of spreadsheetsA knowledge of Sage would be helpful.Accurate data entry.Efficient and organised.Enjoys a varied role - where each day might be different!Be confident in your own abilities.Good communication skills.A willingness to reach out to others and offer help and support.A good team player.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday 08.00 am to 5.00pmFriday 08.00 am to 2.00 pm (Nice early finish on a Friday)!!!
