This role is ideal for someone who excels in a reactive environment, focusing on customer service and order management. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing shared email boxes, processing returns, and ensuring smooth delivery processes.
Day-to-day of the role:- Take and progress orders efficiently.
- Handle customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage shared email boxes, ensuring all communications are addressed.
- Handle returns and resolve any order issues effectively.
- Regularly check in with customers and obtain feedback to improve service.
- Keep customers updated on their delivery statuses.
- Liaise with the warehouse team to coordinate delivery times and resolve any discrepancies.
- Proven experience in a sales administration/coordination or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a reactive environment.
- 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.
