Sales Administrator

Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am - 2.00pm

Annual Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 (negotiable, based on previous experience and qualifications)

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our well-established client based in DUDLEY, WEST MIDLANDS on a full-time permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties

Respond to customer enquiries, providing expert advice on a range of products
Generate and follow up on quotations, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively seek opportunities to develop new business
Interpret technical specifications and recommend suitable valve solutions for customer applications
Collaborate with the engineering team to address complex technical requirements
Order Management
Process orders efficiently and ensure timely communication with clients regarding order status
Liaise with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Market Awareness
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in valve technology
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and potential product developments

Essential Skills

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must have a driving licence and own vehicle

Desirable Experience

Previous experience within an Engineering, Industrial or Manufacturing company would be desirable
