Job Overview:* Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote support tools* Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals* Support Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and various IT systems* Ensure timely and accurate logging of all issues in the ticketing system* Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems* Perform routine maintenance and system updates

Experience:* Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365* Familiarity with Active Directory and network troubleshooting* Experience with hardware and software installation and maintenance* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
