- Ensure high-quality work and accuracy in every step of the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean and organised work space, ensuring that tools, materials, and equipment are stored properly and in good working condition.
- Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure all deadlines and targets are met per company standard.
- Be available for overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, with a keen eye for detail throughout the assembly process.
- Work well within a team but also use own initiative.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong hand/eye co-ordination and attention to detail.
- Solid mathematics and communication skills for effective task execution
- Ability to stand for extended periods of times.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
