I have been instructed by a top firm in the West Midlands known for high quality work, as well as a having one of the best workplace cultures in the region, on an incredibly exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client solicitor to take their first step into a formal leadership position.My client are looking for a Private Client legal professional (CILEx or Solicitor) to join the team as a director in their highly rated department. Previous formal management experience is not necessarily required, making this an exceptional opportunity for a legal professional (6+PQE) to make this first step up to a director level position.The successful candidate will play a significant role in the department, and will be an active voice in decisions relating to hiring, strategy, growth and business development. This is still a fee earning role, and so the successful applicant can also expect to take on a caseload consisting of:
  • Bespoke will drafting
  • Wealth management
  • Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax planning
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Trust structuring, restructuring and administration
  • PoA and Wills & Probate Work
