- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary maintenance team, covering electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
- Ensure efficient maintenance of all plant machinery to reduce downtime and improve performance.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
- Oversee and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC-related issues.
- Manage capital projects, including new equipment installations and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and labour costs.
- Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- 7+ years of maintenance management experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
