Avanti Recruitment are seeking a test engineer to support an innovative electric aircraft propulsion testing programme. You'll operate test rigs and data acquisition systems at Wolverhampton working alongside technical specialists to ensure efficient and safe test execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor test rig equipment
  • Collect and analyse test data using acquisition systems
  • Maintain detailed test records and contribute to reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Support rotating technical teams and troubleshoot issues

Required Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (Electrical, Aerospace, or related)
  • Experience with test rigs and data acquisition systems
  • Strong electrical systems knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Health and safety awareness

Desirable Skills

  • Electric motor and power electronics experience
