- Fabricate sheet metal components using CNC machinery, press brakes, shears, and welding equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform cutting, bending, forming, and assembly of metal parts.
- Ensure quality control by measuring and inspecting finished products.
- Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication (1+ years preferred, but training available for the right candidate).
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques.
- Experience with TIG/MIG welding is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
