Your new companyYou will be working with a company in the education sector for an HR Administration temporary requirement, to start immediately. This is a role for a minimum of two weeks and is working on site in Dudley.

Your new roleWe are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the HR and management teams, with key duties to include:

  • Supporting with contract amendments.
  • Recruitment - support with recruitment, tracking applications, advertising and inductions.
  • Payroll data input and supporting with payroll queries.
  • Ensure monthly holiday entitlement emails are sent to support staff.
  • Assist the HR Advisor and SLT with maintaining records of administration of HR related paperwork.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday at the Dudley site.

What you'll need to succeed

  • HR experience in a previous role, ideally within an Education setting.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and accurate working.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
