- Greet clients and visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Confidently handle enquiries in person and over the phone, providing excellent service and directing clients to the appropriate department.
- General administrative duties- scanning, filing, photocopying.
- Answering phone calls and directing customer queries to the relevant person.
- Multi-site coverage: provide reception support on an ad-hoc basis across various sites within the Dudley Borough area.
- Confidently use computer systems to handle bookings, maintain records, and manage communications.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in a corporate or legal environment (Not essential).
- Confident communicator who can provide exceptional service to clients, in person and over the phone.
- Proficient using computer systems.
- Ability to represent the law firm in a professional, and efficient manner at all times.
- Ability to work ad-hoc days across different sites in Dudley Borough.
