Are you an experienced Bar or Restaurant Manager looking for a new opportunity? Are you looking to work in a upbeat, friendly and long-standing team? Then we could have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently recruiting for a Manager of a licenced bar in Kingswinford who are looking to appoint a new Manager to the team.
What will the role of Bar Manager include?
This position will be working shifts which are divided into either 9am - 5pm or 5pm - finish and will be responsible for the running of the club which will include (but not limited to);
- Management of all staff and subcontractors (responsible for 10 - 15 direct staff)
- Creating weekly rotas and checking staff hours at the end of the week
- Ordering stock from suppliers and ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Ensuring sufficient levels or cash are both maintained and correct
- Confirm all end of day figures and organise receipts
- Ensure membership rules are adhered to and that all entries are kept up to date on the membership computer
What will you need to be considered for the position of Bar Manager?
- Experience managing a team in either a bar, club or restaurant
- Previous key holder
- Hold a personnel licence
- Have own transport and live locally to Kingswinford
- Able to step in to cook simple foods if required from burgers and chips to sandwiches and breakfasts
- Self motivated, socialable and strong communication skills
- Well presented
- Computer literate
- Responsible for maintaining social media sites
