Flourish Education is recruiting for a High-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), who is dedicated and experienced, to join an OFSTED rated good school in Kingswinford.
This full-time and long-term role offers a competitive day rate of £100 - £120 per day and is due to start after February half term and continuing on a long term basis. It is ideal for a committed individual with a passion for supporting pupils from Reception to Year 6.
The HLTA will primarily work across the school covering classes PPA Cover but will also provide intervention support to individual pupils as required. This role involves a wonderful chance to gain experience across various age ranges and Key stages within the primary setting.
This position is an excellent fit for someone seeking to contribute significantly to a school community while maintaining a healthy work-life balance, as there are no planning requirements.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a UK Primary School setting
A valid HLTA or QTS qualification
Exceptional behaviour and classroom management skills
Strong references from recent employers or school placements
