  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, ensuring their individual learning needs are met
  • Assist with personal care and ensure students are comfortable and well-supported throughout the day

  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to create and implement tailored lesson plans
  • Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive school environment where all students feel valued

Who We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong passion for supporting students with special educational needs
  • Is patient, empathetic, and able to adapt to different learning styles and needs
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Ideally has experience in an SEN setting (though we welcome applications from those looking to start their career in SEN)
  • Holds a relevant qualification in childcare, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
