What You'll Be Doing

Purchasing & Cost Control

- Own procurement strategies, negotiate effectively, and ensure cost-efficient solutions with top-tier suppliers.

Supplier Management

- Strengthen and streamline our supply chain across the UK, China, and India, ensuring seamless, high-quality operations.

Team Leadership

- Inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Influence

- Work closely with HR, IT, and Health & Safety teams, shaping business-wide efficiencies.

Process & Systems Innovation

- Lead transformative projects that optimise processes and modernise operations for long-term success.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build strong supplier relationships.
Experience in process improvement, streamlining work flows, and driving efficiency.
Knowledge of global supply chain operations, including international sourcing.
Leadership ability with a track record of coaching, mentoring, and building high-performance teams.
A proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
