Role Overview:
  • Location: Kington, Herefordshire
  • Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • OTE: £45,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45 am - 6:00 pm; Alternative Saturdays 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Share: Create the largest active market share in the area.
  • Revenue Growth: Maximise revenues and grow the property register.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain exceptional relationships to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
  • Branch Profit: Maximise branch profit and achieve financial targets.
  • Team Management: Manage the performance of employees through 1:1s, reviews, and morning meetings.
  • Action Planning: Influence outcomes through effective team management and delivery of action plans.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Previous estate agency and customer service experience.
  • Target-Driven: Proven track record of achievement with a strong focus on targets.
  • Team Management: Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Motivated & Enthusiastic: High standards of service and presentation, with a positive attitude.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • Vehicle Owner & License: Must own a vehicle with a full driving license (insured for business use).
  • Legal Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
