My Hereford based client is looking for a highly organised scheduler to support their operational team with the daily running of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the transport team by coordinating schedules 

This is a full-time opportunity on an initial 6 month FTC with the opportunity for it to go permanent. Open to experience, but excellent communication skills enjoying working in a busy, reactive environment is a must.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Scheduling in jobs and updating the drivers
  • Attending daily meetings for operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, sending follow up emails
  • Delivering excellent customer service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience within a reactive environment
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multi task
  • Excellent attention to detail

Due to the location you must have access to a vehicle
