Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Junior)
Location: North Yorkshire, near Great Edstone.
Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Junior) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in engineering or manufacturing who is eager to learn and develop their career. You will work alongside senior engineers, developing bespoke manufacturing solutions within highly regulated industries, and contributing to a variety of exciting projects.

Essential Requirements / Experience & Salary Package:

• Experience:
   
  • Background in engineering or manufacturing.
     
• Salary:
   
  • Up to £35,000 per annum.
     

The Role:

• Lead the development of bespoke solutions for highly regulated industries.
   
• Work with advanced composite processes such as filament winding and RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding).
   
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their requirements and deliver innovative, cutting-edge solutions.
   
• Contribute to NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, driving innovation from concept through to implementation.
   
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
   
• There will be occasional travel for project collaboration, providing a dynamic and engaging role.
