We are looking for a Water Project Co-Ordinator to join our successful Siteworks team. 

Role and Responsibilities:

The Water Site Services team requires an organized, self-starter to facilitate AMR solutions for a growing number of customers. The team are responsible for providing water data logging and meter reading services for clients to assist in monitoring water usage with the goal of minimizing consumption, increasing predictability of cost, and aligning with customer’s sustainability and net zero ambitions. Reporting to the Senior Siteworks Consultant, the successful candidate will be confident in dealing with internal account managers, suppliers, and customer, have experience in using CRMs and strong IT skills. 

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Assist with completion of new proposals for water AMR solutions and provide to Account Managers.
  • Record all Leak Detection jobs on a workflow tracker.
  • Update meter reads in the system when submitted from site.
  • Use job sheets to provide finance with relevant invoicing detail.
  • Managing the submission of refund allowances where appropriate.
  • Project manage new AMR sales from start to finish, including: -
  • Liaising with customers at onboarding stage to gather the required information.
  • Requesting quotations from suppliers and ensuring they are in line with expectations.
  • Project coordinator installs and acting as a conduit to ensure that site visits and installations are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure service delivery goes live once AMRs installed.
  • Updating CRM with relevant orderbook data.
  • Review portfolio and fault reports from AMR providers including: -
  • Investigating possible faults with site and arranging maintenance visits
  • Organising payment where visits fall outside of maintenance contracts.
  • Provision of MI reporting where required to line manager in an agreed format.
  • Read and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.

Qualifications and Education:

Essential:

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel essential)

Desirable:

  • Water Industry experience
  • Experience in a metering or similar role
