Sales Manager

We are hiring for two Sales Manager positions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading organisation and play a key role in driving growth within your specific industry segment. By analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, you'll identify opportunities and risks to ensure long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of your customer segment to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of established and developing accounts within your industry sector.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to attract new customers and promote solutions that align with their goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for sales, upselling, and cross-selling, maximising order value and profitability.
  • Attend meetings with prospects and customers to demonstrate the benefits of our client’s products.
  • Accurately manage sales forecasts in CRM, ensuring real-time updates on key dates and financials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams by providing insights and data to optimise performance and enhance customer value.
  • Meet revenue and quotation targets through consistent, high-quality sales activities.

Required Knowledge/Experience:

  • At least 3 years of consultative sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication skills and an aptitude for selling technical/engineering solutions
  • Marketing experience is beneficial
  • Degree preferred
