- Answer queries via phone and email then filter where required
- Ensure that first class levels of customer support are provided at all times
- Be the main point of contact for any enquires
- Keep the internal system up to date
- Managing all deals from agreement through to completion

- Support the team of sales managers with processing and admin duties
