This is an outstanding opportunity to join a Manufacturing company in East Leeds as a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be managing a small team of 8-10 Customer Service Coordinators who deal with a wide and interesting product range.

Location: Leeds based very close to the City Centre - parking

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00 1 day WFH

The role;

  • Day to day leadership and management of 8-10 Customer Service Coordinators
  • Ensure the team are provided with support, guidance and clear leadership
  • Conduct regular training, development and 1-2-1's with the team to aid growth and personal development
  • Manage and analyse performance across KPI'S & SLA's taking action where and if needed to manage potential issues
  • Identity opportunities for improvement around process, procedures and systems to put forward recommendations that will improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Provide support to Head of Customer Service on delivery of initiatives, embedding process and procedures and supporting with the business strategy

About you;

  • Experience at Team Leader Level or above is a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment
  • Strong focus on managing, supporting and developing others
  • Ability to create a positive customer centric culture
  • Focused on driving customer satisfaction
