About the Role:We're seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team on a 12 to 18-month contract. In this role, you'll support the Sales Managers with key administrative tasks, handle customer enquiries, and keep essential records up to date. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and excellent organisational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the sales office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders and respond to quote requests in a timely manner.
  • Log enquiries in the CRM and assign them to the correct team members.
  • Monitor progress and keep customers informed about delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist with price list updates.
  • Handle travel arrangements and other administrative needs for the sales team.
  • Work with operations and stores to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and service contracts.
  • Identify and develop both short-term and long-term opportunities for account growth.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 3 years of experience in a sales coordination role.
  • Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail.
  • Personable, able to build positive relationships across the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, especially with technical products.
