Inside Sales Coordinator (12-18 Month Contract)
Location: Knaresborough, North Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team on a 12 to 18-month contract. In this role, you'll support the Sales Managers with key administrative tasks, handle customer enquiries, and keep essential records up to date. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service and excellent organisational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the sales office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and respond to quote requests in a timely manner.
- Log enquiries in the CRM and assign them to the correct team members.
- Monitor progress and keep customers informed about delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with price list updates.
- Handle travel arrangements and other administrative needs for the sales team.
- Work with operations and stores to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and service contracts.
- Identify and develop both short-term and long-term opportunities for account growth.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 3 years of experience in a sales coordination role.
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail.
- Personable, able to build positive relationships across the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, especially with technical products.
