We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to handle HR, facilities, and general administrative tasks. The role requires excellent multitasking, communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:• HR: Onboard new staff, manage HR forms, staff events, and appraisals• Facilities: Conduct fire tests, coordinate safety audits, assist with IT, and arrange annual services• General Admin: Set up projects, manage filing, chase POs, order office supplies, and arrange site visits• QMS: Manage client satisfaction surveys, internal audits, and update QMS documentation

Skills & Qualifications:• Proven office management experience• Strong organizational and communication skills• Familiarity with Microsoft Office• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
