This charity helps young people develop work skills by offering monthly placement sessions in their chocolate studio. Over half the employees are on the autism spectrum. They partner with local schools to provide an accessible educational venue, encouraging personal, social, and emotional development through activities. You will oversee their chocolate operations (and get to learn how to make incredible chocolate!).The chocolate factory is a commercial success with high demand from local businesses. It’s a busy operation, to say the least! You will be overseeing the team and production operations:
  • Oversee and coordinate youth work experience placements
  • Coordinate the team of chocolatiers each day in terms of orders and production
  • Order supplies for the project
  • Be hands-on, working with the team to produce chocolate and help with packaging
  • Occasionally deliver orders and liaise with customers
