- Salary: £35-36,000 per annum, depending on experienceÂ

- Proctoring exams: Manage the proctoring process, reviewing videos, performing ID checks, and overseeing learner approval processes.Â
- Investigations: Lead investigations into malpractice and maladministration, gathering and analysing data to determine the scope and findings.Â
- Support and assurance: Provide guidance on complex queries, collaborate on audit programme planning, and deputise for the manager as needed.Â
- Training provider quality assurance: Manage the application and approval process for a small portfolio of ATPs, monitor compliance, and liaise on corrective actions and feedback.Â
- Strong experience in quality assurance, ideally within an awarding organisation, regulatory environment, or professional body.Â
- Demonstrated ability to interpret policies and processes, with excellent analytical skills to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.Â
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to critically assess information, identifying potential risks or irregularities.Â
- Strong customer service and account management skills with experience in building relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.Â
