About the Role:
- Rota: 1 on / 2 off, including a full day and sleep-in shifts
- Environment: Small, 2-bed home specialising in Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Management: Work under the guidance of a highly experienced manager dedicated to supporting staff and residents

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to children with EBD
- Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and educational support
- Engage in therapeutic activities and interventions
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with EBD is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Flexibility to work on a 1 on / 2 off rota, including sleep-in shifts
